All donations are non-refundable, as funds are directed toward social welfare projects.

In exceptional cases, such as duplicate payment or technical errors, refunds may be considered at AIKFFG’s discretion.
CSR Funding / Membership:

Refunds for CSR contributions or membership fees are subject to project terms and AIKFFG approval.

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via official channels.
Processing Time:

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the request.
