Event / Program Registration:

Cancellation of participation must be communicated at least 7 days before the event date.

Late cancellations may not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling.
Membership / Subscription:

Membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or office contact.

Membership fees already paid are non-refundable. Future renewals may be stopped upon cancellation.
Program Modifications:

AIKFFG reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel events. In such cases, participants will be informed and may receive alternative arrangements, but refunds are not guaranteed.
